She just hung up on me after I repeatedly asked her to get the agent Vic either on the phone or to have him contact me. She informed me Vic was in a meeting.

Did not say she would have him call me
Did not answer my question which was a very specific question-
My husband refuses to deal with ANN and I now know why.

We have been with State Farm over 35 years but her rudeness and unprofessional behavior has pushed us to finding new insurance.

That’s a total of 4 properties, 1 motorcycle and 3 automobile policies.
